Police told a father to delete an online video of his son being attacked in the hallway of Scott High School in Taylor Mill City, Kentucky. The man's son was allegedly attacked by a fellow student who believed him to be a racist. Police are investigating

Observing how this happened the first week of April, and the police are still sorta, kinda pussyfooting around the incident, I’m guessing the attacker is black.

There was that recent story of a 77-year-old white woman in Florida who threw a hamburger at a black employee of Burger King—the case was upgraded to a felony (as a “hate crime”) because she used the n-word. How likely would it be that a black person using a derogatory term for a white person would be charged with a hate crime?
