David Bouchard admitted he put a Customs and Border Protection officer in a chokehold. Charles Comfort was indicted by a grand jury of civil disorder for twice charging at Portland Police Bureau officers and hitting them with a makeshift shield then kicking a third officer while being arrested. Both men faced federal charges stemming from their actions during a summer of more than 100 straight nights of often violent protests in Portland. But Bouchard and Comfort are among dozens of Portland federal arrestees whose cases were dismissed or are being deferred without so much as a day behind bars.

But if you were even within 1/2 mile of the capitol on January 6, chances are very high you will be visited by the FBI.
Too busy arresting GOP officials who attended the Trump rally.
Getting pretty obvious.
Not shocked
But any Republican that was within 100 miles of Washington, D.C. on January 6th will be held without bail and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Some pigs are more equal than others.......................
Well, to be fair, they do a lot of their molotov cocktails, murders, and attacks on buildings at night according to Merrick Garland.
And I’ve been hearing for 5 years that he is pretty middle of the road and moderate.
Just don’t complain about a thickly sliced tomato.
Just the ones that went in the capital. I still don’t see why that was necessary.
Just boggles a moral persons senses. The absolute evil purposely being wielded against the majority is so heart breaking but my resolve to withstand and overcome just grows stronger.
No, not just those. And the capitol visit wasn’t “necessary”, but the cops did let them in. Evidently it was a well-planned trap.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the riot at the U.S. Capitol in January.Eric Douglas Clark is in custody and charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, FBI Louisville announced.
Kind of makes me think that the next time the GOP has power (if ever), they might want to make use of it to reform some of these institutions instead of fighting against the President who was trying to do so. At this point, it’s so far gone that splitting it up needs to be on the table.
We need vigilante groups to go Neghan on these people.
Too busy prosecuting Guiliani.
Check out the FBI site on Facebook, endless “wanted” posts of people who were at the Capitol, not ONE single solitary wanted post for a Antifa or BLM terrorist. FBI is now acting as Democrats personal SA. Any opponent of the Marxist Reich must be taken in...
Of course they won’t be prosecuted; they knew that when they rioted. You think you’d be out there looting and burning things down if they thought there might actually be consequences?
Now that you’ve confirmed there aren’t consequences, more of their little friends will come out to join them in burning the city to the ground. Just one of many, many reasons I refuse to live anywhere near any of these God-forsaken cities. I like my quiet town.
Gov. Krap Brown, Deadbeat Wheeler, Weiner Wyden and Fake Merkely all must face charges for allowing this destruction and arson go on unchecked for a year and a half!
WHO is PAYING them to ALLOW this????
ANTIFA/BLM live here!
It
Portland is a hub of ILLEGAL, CRIMINAL activity.
Someone needs to follow the money and find out WHO is footing the bill and supplying this shit for almost TWO YEARS.
The recent FBI raid on a person in Alaska looking for “nancy pelosi’s laptop” was exactly this - the guy and his wife just happened to be in Washington DC on January 6th. Not even near the capitol.
