The answer is everyone is running the white house and no one knows what the other players are doing. It’s completely unorganized and no one will take responsibility for anything as they still blame Trump. This is why no one will take credit for what they are doing, or the responsibility, and the system whirlpools out of control. Oh, yeah, they are using Biden as the goat if anything is in question, and then Trump is blamed. You have justice departments that don’t do anything legal. You have a congress that is pushing impeachment on Trump while their people are a’doing the exact same thing, can we say mad Maxine, and we have a VP that won’t take responsibility to do anything even when Biden asks her to.
I’m reminded of a line in Disney’s Incredibles when Syndrome said “With everyone super, no one will be”
