I Would sue immediately and say that private firms acting as agents of the federal government are subject to the same laws and restricted by the same bill of rights as the rest of the government.
But not Antifa, BLM, Earth First, ALM, or any of the other numerous leftist terrorist groups that actually do carry out terrorist missions fairly frequently.
This is a holdover from the Obama administration. In my military anti-terrorism training, peaceful conservatives were routinely labeled as terrorists or hate groups, while the leftist terrorist groups were not even mentioned. Yet, historically, two groups are responsible for the vast majority of terrorist acts: radical leftists, and radical islamists. The left tries to rewrite the narrative, but can't change the reality.

They are ALREADY rounding us up!” Take a look at the FBI facebook website where they posted “wanted” ads for people merely in the Capital AREA Jan. 6th. They got a picture of an old lady whose only “crime” seems to be speaking. The FBI today is nothing but the SA of the DemoMarxist Reich so keep them guns oiled and cleaned, and stockpile ammo. These treasonous mofos in the FBI ever have the balls to knock on my door for merely being anti-Marxist we are going to have a problem.
