Hire Private Contractors to circumvent the FOIA Laws. Private Entities are not subjected to any FOIA Rules/Laws.

Private Contractors give Americans the GIANT MIDDLE FINGER !!! (as does the goobermutt)

And they both overcharge each other and the AMERICAN PEOPLE get F’ED TWICE...
