Josh Duggar, 33, a former star of the reality television series 19 Kids and Counting is facing up to 40 years in prison if convicted on charges of receiving and possessing material depicting the sexual abuse of children.

It's not the first time Josh has attracted controversy and a 33-page police report detailed years of allegations of sexual misconduct. In 2002, Jim Bob Duggar, Josh's father, told police his son admitted to folding (sic) (my bolding) several victims' breasts and genitals while they were sleeping, according to the report, and Jim Bob and his wife, Michelle, were made aware of two more incidents in 2003.

If you’re at risk of being tempted to molest a child, stay away from children. It’s pretty simple.
It’s understandable why somebody could become psychologically or emotionally damaged where this could be a temptation, but it’s up to them to take steps to prevent an incident.
If Josh Duggan is guilty, no breaks in sentencing.

I used to watch the Duggers...”19 kids and counting” or some such. They had a successful reality show then the rest of the family began having their own reality shows.
This Josh guy ruined so many lives. Gotta love the guy.
On my thread about Josh being arrested, 1/2 the people never heard of Josh, the other half thinks it’s a gov’t conspiracy to frame him for being conservative/religious.

I fold mine all the time so I can get my underwear on.
He could have avoided a lot of trouble if he had just joined the Church of Rome priesthood.
Seems that whenever you find a person, group, or institution that claims to have the only biblical way to live that involves rigid guidelines, you find the beginnings of a cult. Legalism leads to bad things.
I guess positions of editor are no longer filled. It’s not just this article, I come across written screw ups in various publications, almost on a daily basis.
When the media and majority mob rule dictates the length of a sentence or an outcome, go figure.
Spell check is great but it leaves a writer open to hilarious errors like this where two words with similar spellings have entirely different meanings.
Do not fold, staple, spindle or mutilate. There is a reason for that.
Josh will likely get what he deserves.
