The man was either drunk or has a speech impediment due to a brain disorder.

Even MOST of the Democrats know that there is not an endless supply of money to pay for everything Joe promised. At some point, he is insulting their intelligence (as well as ours), and I don’t think they’ll put up with that forever. But I could be proven wrong.
