A federal grand jury has charged three men with hate crimes and attempted kidnapping in the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery in February 2020.

Travis McMichael, 35; Travis’s father, Gregory McMichael, 65; and William Bryan, 51, have each been charged with one count of interference of rights and attempted kidnapping, while the McMichaels were each charged with using, carrying and brandishing a firearm in relation to a crime of violence

Is this the one where the “victim” was stealing from construction sites (housing)? (The “jogger” that ran in boots?)

I know there had been stealing from construction sites in the area and that's why they were trying to make a citizen's arrest. I'm not sure that it's been established that the jogger was the thief.

I don't have a link, but if you watch the video carefully you'll see that the guy who got killed charged at the guy with the shotgun and tried to take it away from him. He lost.

But this is probably going to be another lynching like Chauvin's.
