It gave me a mild head cold for 2 days, first time I have had anything in over 20 years, I won’t be getting the shot

So, when the “Govt Scientists” say “in the beginning was a bat” and it will be all good if we flatten the curve for a few “weeks” and social distance and wear these “masks” and wash our hands and destroy our economy”, it’s all really for your own good*”.

Disclaimer: I am a scientific/rational/logical thinking person, so I defer to the scientific method for most if not all things in life. I just don’t “believe’ most things w/o distilling them myself- kind of like a scientist is supposed to do. If east is that way, then therefore the Sun indeed rise in the east, I’ve been observing and testing that premise for 5 decades now.

Yes. He is his own worst enemy. He is smart and knows the science (from what I’ve read). But he writes like a crackpot.
Summary is data shows 80% of people have immunity against Covid even before it began infected humans, due to prior infections by viruses with similar protein sequences.

This is nothing new. After the first month, we knew the virus impacted the elderly and those with comorbities the hardest.
Those are the 20% that we should have been protecting instead of trying to quarantine the 80% of the population that had little to no risk from the virus.
Medicine does not quarantine the healthy. You cannot control the hygiene habits of large populations even with a police state...that is why no nation has escaped this virus.

It’s not a new hypothesis.
It is new in that it has been shown now.
