From videos I saw earlier posted by cll and others, it was not liberals. I would suspect mostly nonpolitical multi-racial trailer trash or ex slum type people. If you live in a trailer, please forgive me. I was defining a type, not individuals. Probably some were spending Covid money. I have spoken with contractors in southern Virginia (Trump country) who complain they couldn’t get workers because young guys were busy enjoying their Covid money.

Had a buddy looking at leasing a place there and talked to him on the phone while he was there last week. He was staying at a good hotel and said that some of the clientele was outrageous in conduct and appearance.
Legal weed has existed in Washington, DC for several years now. Further laws in motion for DC, MD, and VA. Below is a detailed article on these developments. I have not noticed specific changes in the metropolitan area as a result of DC’s law change. I know several over 50 people who now grow and use weed moderately now that it is legal to have 4 mature plants inside a home. Their productivity and general personalities have not changed significantly.
a.). A cabin or B & B in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Day trips along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
b.). Maritime Museum at Bath, Maine with a coastal stay nearby.
c.). Camping at YMCA of the Rockies after driving through Rocky Mountain Nat’l Park. (Acclimate yourself to elevation with two days in Estes Park prior to the drive to elevation). Visit Winter Park while at the YMCA campground.
d.). Canoe the Current River from Akers Ferry, MO
