Just because I will not take this particular shot does not make me an anti vaxer. I have had many real vaccines over the years.
I don’t consider myself a sheep. If Trump told me to go ahead and jump off that cliff, you will be okay, I wouldn’t do it.
Trump didn’t sit in a lab and formulate these vaxes. He must have trusted those that were doing that.
In this case, he was wrong and he should have made it clear that the vaxes were there if you wanted it. He should have pushed harder and forbid those withholding treatments for covid.
I still would take Trump back in a heartbeat. On this one, he was wrong.

I am vaccinated. That was my choice. Since it was my free choice, why should anyone else care? Or try to “shame” ME?
And if others make a different free choice, why should I care?
Well, I DO care because many Democrat “leaders” want to keep America “shut-down” as long as possible. Some of them have demanded high vaccination rates as a precondition for easing their unscientific “restrictions” and “rules”. Since I want America to be free again ASAP, I hope there will be more vaccinations.
It was never my intention to “shame” anyone, but I can’t help feeling that some of FR’s most aggressive anti-vaxxers DO “protest too much”.
My immune system is my vaccine.
For me the logic is simple. The upside to all of us getting getting vaccinated is that some thousands and potentially millions of American lives will be saved.
The down side. Some risk that some small number of Americans will have health complications from the vaccine.
Even the lowest numbers for Covid deaths and the highest numbers for vaccine reactions show that the vaccine is still the option that will save lives.
I happily took off my shoes at the airport after 9/11, and that was for a much smaller number of lives lost.
Not with untested vaccines. The risk it too great. You don’t fool any of us.

But you realize that that will never happen in any good faith or scientific way? Right? I mean really? I’ve posted several stories the last few days of serious side effects from people I know. Those will never see the light of day, won’t be a story on local news and effectively don’t exist because the Feds will never, ever investigate them. It’s insane to think otherwise.
