One of the most perplexing things happening in this country has to be how millions of people who hated Donald J. Trump with every fiber of their being trusts him on this one thing: the vaccine! I mean, it may make sense if the vaccinated population were selling their soul to the devil (according to Trump haters) to defeat death itself. But they aren’t.
This author has been a nurse over 40 years and have never seen such blind faith or exuberance in experimenting with a serum/vaccine. I suppose in the 1980s if President Reagan had suddenly announced that a vaccine for AIDS had been developed in warp speed our society might have seen some semblance of today’s blind acceptance. I suppose the perfectly healthy that had little if no chance of contracting the AIDS virus would blindly inject a miracle serum into their God given body if they were told by the government, media, and scientists they must do this for society’s sake. But, without the internet, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the like the results would not be quite the same.
Our society has entered a very slippery slope creating classes of Vaccinated Population (VP) versus Unvaccinated Population (UVP). For example, consider this text below sent to a woman from her mother. This UVP woman had booked a flight cross country to visit her family. This text clearly had the intent of shaming the UVP daughter. The words get to the heart of the dilemma that faces our society today between the VPs and UVPs. This is the text in part:

* I follow a couple of aircraft I am interested in via clubs that used to be on Yahoo, one a classic certified, another a homebuilt
* They are on a different platform now, much better frankly.
* But the subject of Covi and vaccinations came up.
* OMG groups that are normally gracious willing to help one another with advice or parts etc for their craft devolved into a pissing match of epic proportions of basically those with the "science" attitude talking down to the rest who don't want the jab.
* After threads running > than 20 or 30 posting or way more the moderators had to step in and ask everyone to knock it off and stop.

Nope. My 56-year-old brother now is borderline diabetic on the heels of a COVID infection, and a longtime friend of mine now has massive lung damage from it. My point is, in many cases, there are serious aftereffects that aren’t being considered when discussing survivability rates.
I’ve never called for someone to be banned, but this poster should be. First of all, Freepers’ first hand reports are not anecdotal sources. We are a legit community of trusted conservatives. If we cannot trust each other, we are totally lost. As I’ve posted before the last few days, I was in the ER two weeks ago where the nurse shared without prompting that she’s had 5 fully vaccinated Covid patients who were bad enough to check themselves in the ER. Also, Freepers who trust the numbers from our federal government and other federal governments without question or hesitation might as well be liberals, because they are certainly sheep.
But to be sure, I’m with you on rejecting any kind of mandate for the vaccination.
Oh, I don't know. We saw a acquaintance last night who we hadn't seen since this whole "thing" happened, she working from home now. She asked, we said, "Nah, we're part of the control group", she confirmed she and her husband were, too.
All done in whispers, of course, but it was kind of fun, like we were back in junior high or something.

I’m sorry you are offended, but I think the problem is you don’t understand what “anecdotal sources” means.
Saying something is anecdotal does not mean it is a lie. I’m sure those stories are true.
But they are not good science or medicine. Out of 100 million Americans vaccinated many good and bad things happened to them afterwards, but we need evidence to attach them to the vaccine.
While this may be true in the general public, here on Free Republic we’ve gone full anti-vaxxer.
A little thought should go into the decision to vax or not, and an understanding for those who do.

Excellent point. They know they cannot be sued for damages and death. Drug companies don’t care. I believe they are probably aware of the issues with these shots. After all shots like these in the past ended up killing the critters that they tested the shots on.
It is amazing that there is no screening for individuals who should not take these poison shots. I can only assume that that is something that none of them care about.
Nothing is more important than forcing this poison on everyone. Why is that? I don’t walk around worried if someone got a flu shot if I got my flu shot. This is normal behavior.

And you’re correct, I won’t get jabbed with anything that has not been properly tested and approved, and even worse, something that the manufacturer has been given blanket amnesty for against any deaths or damages it causes.

I certainly don’t see any more hysterics, from those (many of who are NOT ‘anti-vaxxers’, including myself) that study adverse effects and alternative treatment results, than those who are constantly pushing these experimental shots.
It’s almost as if the few that are constantly pushing these shots (NOT you!!) have become unhinged with over the top name-calling meltdowns....they’re sounding desperate, to say the least.
