I agree with you. Their reasoning is so patronizing, it is nauseating.
I never liked menthol’s, I was a Lucky Strike and Camel non-filter sort of guy and I didn’t need the government to wean me off cigarettes. I quit on my own cold turkey 40 years ago this August. I don’t need no stinking Nanny, especially a Democrat one.

I find it amazing that the feds can ban this sort of product. But then I rememebr Article II, Section 8, the "nanny state" clause (also known as commerce clause) in the constitution.
