You know what? I misspelled New Zealand. I saw it spelled as “Zeeland” somewhere else and used that version.

I envy that they don’t have all the nasty people that we seem to be becoming. I live in Texas and it really does seem like a “whole other country” compared to other parts of our formerly magnificent country.

I haven’t felt safe since Nov. 4, 2020. Even the WuHuFlu isn’t as awful as what we have “leading” us. :(

Even here in The Alamo City (AKA: MILITARY CITY), we have FAR TOO MANY FAR LEFT FOOLS, who are actually OPPOSED TO the BoR & in particular to the 1st, 2nd, 4th & 10th Amendments.

At my advanced age & am in only “fair” health, I’m too old to fight again BUT not too old to move overseas.

BTW, we can live a COMFORTABLE (middle-class US sort of) life-style on my military pension in Portugal, which is NOT easy in the USA.
(PORTUGAL actually recruits US military retirees to COME/STAY for life & goes out of their way to just leave retirees & family alone & UNMOLESTED by NOSY bureaucrats.)

Even in South Texas, I must work 3-4 days a week as a substitute teacher at a local HS, so that my lady can be a FULL-TIME “stay at home Mom”.

We had another great day yesterday with the weather and the activity at Comanche Lake. Yes, there were people boating and fishing out there but we were able to get in a lot of our usual activity.
