Note the not-so-subtle dig at the Kenyan Ex-President. Putin understands ‘face” and knows that Xiden and Kerry have none. Kerry was good at shooting up ARVN troopers and civilians. Not much else. Xiden’s good at pawing little girls and and stuffing his pockets with public and foreign cash and little else.
