ALBANY — New York lawmakers put the finishing touches on a piece of legislation mandating extensive new workplace health and safety protections in response to the COVID crisis.
The New York Health and Essential Rights Act, or NY HERO Act, sponsored by state Sen. Michael Gianaris (D-Queens) and Assemblywoman Karines Reyes (D-Bronx), calls for fines against businesses that fail to adopt and enact new standards to protect workers and stem the spread of coronavirus or other airborne diseases.

Well, since the RATs in DC are going to bail out NY no matter how badly these incompetent fools mess things up, I guess that they can do any damm fool thing they want.

And so it begins; total control over the masses under the guise of ‘protecting the masses’. Now businesses will be fined for not protecting people against common colds, flues, shingles, pneumonia, bronchitis, and whatever else they can dream up to add to the ever growing and flexible list of things to fine businesses for.
Just like the decision whether or not to be a cop in today’s criminally dominated and run world, why would anyone want to even do business in a state that fines the snot t threat every turn.?
So if employees decide not to work with those not vaccinated or the company decides that in order to keep with health mandates to operate they can and will fire you? You bet I called it
