So ridiculously ghoulish anymore. How do you know he won't post appellate bond, gaijin?
You’ve got a much stronger stomach than me. You’ve lasted well past their “Dump By” date.
You've sure got that right.
I stopped watching Fox News Channel and Fox Business Channel the day after the Me-again Kelly ambush on Donald Trump in the first Presidential Debate on Aug. 6, 2015. Fox News had been making commercials suggestion something was about to happen for several days before the event. She could not have gotten away with the attack on Donald Trump in the debate unless the Fox upper management had signed off on it.
And now you are finally realizing they are just a Faux Wolf in Fox clothing.
They throw a lot of crap against the courtroom wall, and wait to see what sticks. Usually it’s plea-bargained or thrown-out. This time, it all stuck.
ROFL
I'd like to hear her side of the story.
The black cop who shot and killed Justine Damond didn’t get a pass.
He got 12.5 years.
Though I don’t think he’s had to report to prison yet.
That’ll be fun. The black people who join because they love their city and want to help will be persecuted and driven out by the “politicals.”
We’re going back to the Soviet Union, USA style
Convicting of the highest charge of murder is really the sign of a fearful jury that was cowed politically into returning the “right” verdict. The other three officers, who were minimally involved and were charged, must really be shaking with the realization their charges really have nothing to do with justice and everything to do with politics and placating the mob.
In this case it was stupidity. His defense never raised the issue that this was an accident or that Chauvin didn’t mean to kill him. By failing to testify he made it possible for the jury to conclude, based on the 9 minute video that he really didn’t care if Floyd died or not.
He needed to take the stand to give his side of the story. He didn’t. There was no evidence of his state of mind other than the 9 minute video,
There are times when a defendant really needs to take the stand. This was one of them.
I thought Floyd was already dead from fentanyl, so the officer killed a corpse?
Guilty of sitting on a corpse already dead from a fentanyl overdose
Better late than never.
Yep...Gotta be damn careful where you live, work and visit...
American education system at work.
Excellent metaphor! It would be murder in a court of law because the person was alive when shot.
Is there a concept in law of an irrevocable act or fait accompli?
Once the person jumps off the building, the end result is inevitable; anything that follows will not change the outcome.
With Floyd, he ingested the fentanyl and had about 30 minutes to live, give or take. Michael Jackson did it, Tom Petty did it, Prince did it, Dolores O'Riordan did it, and now George Floyd did it.
It seemed to me that Chauvin certainly rough-handled him, and perhaps egotistically defied the crowd who shouted to stop. However, Floyd was going to die from the overdose no matter what Chauvin did or didn't do.

The future for most of these bitter broads is to become "jigglypuff lesbians" and to own many cats.
No one should be surprised at his verdict.
It would have come even if Chauvin took the stand.
The good news is that because of threats to the jury by the MSM, and the biased tampering of this case by Mad Max Waters and Pedo Joe Biden, this case is a shoe in to be overturned on appeals.
I hope.
You see, this is why I used to be a monthly supporter of this forum.
