Trump: 'Beyond Seriously' Considering 2024 White House Bid
Newsmax ^ | April 20, 2021

Former President Donald Trump is now saying he is "beyond seriously" considering another bid for the White House in 2024, but is still declining to fully commit to a campaign.

"From a legal standpoint, I don't really want to talk about it yet. It's a little too soon," Trump said during a sit-down interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity Monday. "So I say this: I am looking at it very seriously. Beyond seriously."

However, he pointed out 2024 is still "a long time" away, but he does still have "tremendous numbers" and that he had high ratings while in the White House, where "nobody has ever gotten the numbers I got. No sitting president has come even close."

Wish he would be back in the White House today. President Trump is correct not to jump into anything at this juncture though.

We are paying for the Rat success with Election Theft 2020.

Right now, he’s being stupid.

He needs to say, one way or t’other. Don’t leave us hanging like he did on January 6.

Good. He deserves another run, and his campaign will be just what the nation needs.

We need a whole lot more than just a Trump for President.

I would prefer DeSantis. The biggest reason is as a Governor, he is working with a team of people he knows and trusts and can bring to Washington with him. Can Trump do that?

Someone is being stupid, but it is not Trump.

If he announced today, they would be all over him for any money he spends on his private business, his travel and anything they can think of.

The election is in 2024 so making any announcement today is a waste of time.

What did he do on January 6th that left you hanging?

It was a big mistake for him to concede in the face of the fraud.

Unless we can guarantee election integrity, it really isn’t going to matter.

I wish he was beyond serious fighting the fraud in the election.

I may be wrong, but I don’t think Trump conceded.

[he is working with a team of people he knows and trusts and can bring to Washington with him. Can Trump do that?]

Trump didn’t do that in his entire 4 years. His personnel and hiring decisions were the worst I’ve ever seen, save for a few like Kayleigh and Sarah Sanders....

He trusted the wrong people to pick those in high positions....(some of them anyway). He was a novice to politics and ran his office like a CEO. I bet if he were to run again and win he’d be his own decision maker in the White House staff and advisors. Now if he decides not to run but backs and works for DeSantis I would respect that. Matter of fact if DeSantis won, President Trump could be Speaker of the House and that would cause many suicides of Demonrats and that ain’t a bad thing.....;)

Trump has seen the inside of the belly of the beast and knows he can trust no one on the inside.

Trump is way smarter than DeSantis {I love DeSantis, but it's not even close}.

Trump has been vetted for six years, been impeached twice {and won both times} and knows that every fbi and doj agents are scum and not to be trusted.

OK, not every one, there may be a coupla good ones, but they have done a good job of hiding out and they have no guts.

And I don’t blame that so much on Trump, he had to work with what he could get.

Mitch wouldn’t let anyone not on his approval list get confirmed, and I think many good people were simply driven away from wanting to work for Trump, knowing the backlash they and their families would get. The first person to directly go against the Deep State was always going to face this trap, now hopefully, the path has been cleared for the next guy, thanks to Trump.

I’ve been impressed with DeSantis. But yes, he will have all the Rats coming for him in 2022. It certainly will be his test. But if he does pass it and wins re-election, with the Rats using all their ammo on him, what’s to stop him in 2024?

Trump certainly would advise DeSantis on his experience too. I think Trump will endorse DeSantis in the end and campaign for him.
