A 12-year-old boy from Washington, D.C., has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy, police announced Monday.
The 12-year-old, who is charged as a juvenile, is accused of shooting and killing 13-year-old King Douglas in Prince George's County, Maryland, the Prince George's County Police Department said.

The real health crisis is not guns. It is mental health.
Sociopathy.
It is the epidemic of boys and young men ( many Black and fatherless, to be politically incorrect) with such low esteem and poor emotional coping skills and lack of stable adult models...coupled with neglect and abusive home lives...that any slight or insult leads to rage and murder to avenge their “ honor” . We have multi generations of walking sociopaths among us. God forbid you insult them, intentionally or unintentionally, as in the case of the road rage killer in NC. Biden's regime and the white liberal establishment is feeding this anger with its racial injustice obsession. Now to insult someone, you need only to be the wrong color.
