Then another reason to riot.

My thought exactly.
They can convict now if they want, but it’ll be appealed immediately and undoubtedly overturned.
The sensible thing to do for the current “judge” is simply declare and mistrial, and maybe..maybe...it’ll be turned over to someone who’s competent as a judge.

Pelosi and Waters are the Democrats’ best and brightest. They are thought leaders. All other Democrats are inferior to them.

I remember when Charles Manson brought a newspaper to his trial with the headline of President Nixon saying he and his clan were guilty - in hopes of a mistrial, no doubt but it didn't work.
That pig monster Waters should already have been arrested, but I'm not holding my breath.

This judge is just looking to shift the blame. He cemented the fix when he refused to move the venue. This jury knows that if it doesn’t convict, the thugs will come to their homes. The politicians are just a side clown show.

They want the riots folks. Chauvin would have likely gotten convicted of involuntary manslaughter or aggravated assault and would have spent 5-10 years in prison. That would have cooled the riots some. In fact, I predict Maxine was ordered by the Deep State to go to Brooklyn Center & make these vile comments, and now the case will be declared a mistrial, hung jury, or Chauvin will easily win an appeal. Mad Max is 82 years old and she'll be replaced by a young lefty soon, so she has nothing to lose.
THEY WANT THE RIOTS.
To: janetjanet998
Were these comments made in front of the jury? If not is the jury sequestered so they cannot hear them during deliberations? The judge’s conduct alone is enough for a mistrial.

ARREST MadMAXINE for obstruction of justice, incitement to riot, making terrorist threats, etc., under color of authority.
She must NOT be allowed to walk away from her crimes.

If Maxine gets this tossed, she should be impeached and removed from office. What an idiot.
To: janetjanet998
Waters is following orders from higher up. Nothing will happen to her in the House.
The Democrats want riots all summer long so they can continue to push their ant-police, anti-gun narrative. They don’t care who gets hurt.

If the judge thinks it is a problem, he should declare a mistrial. He should not wait for the appeal court to fix a problem. It is on him.
Maybe he is waiting to see if a guilty verdict comes back, then he declares a mistrial. I doubt if he has the balls for that.

If we had an actual DOJ this s**t would have been stopped dead last year.
There are are not that many of these assholes and many fewer of the actual organizers
They are flying to the hotspots to coordinate and instigate.
The DOJ knows who they are.
Sad fact is they both work for the same team, the Deep State.

I heard this statement. My question is how does he know that it would need to be overturned on appeal?
He basically said he knows the verdict is guilty yet the jury had not even started deliberation. Does he know this trial is fixed? How does he know the jury won't come back with "not guilty" on all counts, in which case there will be no appeal?
