Beginning 9/12/01, government at all levels, in the name of safety, assumed everyone whether a muzzie or not, was possibly a terrorist. Since then, everyone dutifully walks through metal detectors, shows ID, and endures random intrusive searches.

Now, we are all assumed to be lepers carrying a deadly disease and must conform to staying at home or wearing baby burkas to go about our lives.

To the various levels of government, to those on salaries unaffected by their tyranny, they couldn't care less. All of the suicides, lost homes, lost marriages, lost educations are collateral damage they can live with.
