President Biden Friday demanded the Republicans in the Senate move on passing gun background check legislation, calling the string of mass shootings and gun violence a "national embarrassment."
Biden pushed the Senate to take a vote on House-passed legislation that would expand background checks and close certain loopholes.
"I strongly, strongly urge my Republican friends in the Congress who refuse to bring up the House-passed bill to bring it up now," Biden said. "This has to end. It's a national embarrassment."
Speaking at a joint White House press conference Friday with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga, Biden was pressed on whether he needs to prioritize police reform and gun control measures in the wake of more mass shootings and police-related deaths.
Biden rejected the notion that guns have taken a backseat to his infrastructure and coronavirus agenda in Congress and he doubled down on his support for banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
"I strongly support the universal background checks, which I continue to push. And Congress has to step up and act. The Senate has to act," Biden said. "I strongly support and ... never stopped supporting the ban on assault weapons and magazines that hold more than 10 bullets."

And I demamd that Biden admits the democrats cheated, and resigns the Presidency for the lawful President. President Trump. But it’s not likely to happen is it.
The regulations are already in place. If they are being used.
The Democrats have a penchant for passing redundant and sometimes contradictory laws, in the hopes the nobody will notice that the mechanisms either cannot work, or that these same provisions have been working perfectly well, sometimes for decades, and needs no updating..

Biden and The Left are after the so called “gun show loophole “ which is actually an attempt for nation registration of all guns and would require processing all private sales, gifts, bequeathes, etc, through an FFL.

The republicans are the minority party in congress. Why not urge your democrat friends in congress to bring up the bill since theyre the ones with the power to do so, President vegetable?

In my opinion Hollywood is second only to criminals in glorifying and propagating gun violence.
If Hollywood snorts about their rights being violated ... well, so what? Owning a real gun is a right just like portraying one in media.
I am at ends trying to figure out how limiting the rights of stable, law abiding citizens is going to stop crazy people illegally killing other people.

The string of shootings happens on his watch. Why not look into mental health. Has anyone heard anything else about the Boulder shooting or the latest fed ex shooting. Boulder was a Muslim so it was dropped and fed ex I heard a name but no picture that I can remember.
You lock people down and people will start to lose it. He is breaking a deal with jihadist people. Ticking them off and they even said it would continue. He just wants to take guns and a few republicans are the only thing stopping them.
And that's the shame of it all. Our country has degenerated to the point that the Social/Globalists think the people, as a whole, will not resist their tyranny. They may be right. We shall see. I do know this. The anti-gun people in my community do not live behind walled compounds protected by razor wire, sandbags and armed troops.
