Maybe the Navy leak UFO videos is evidence of this tech. A warning to China and Russia.

The phrase "Wonder Weapons" comes to mind.
We need gravity generators and underwater airplanes (or is it flying submarines?) so our enemies will fear us, because they don't now.

Psyops bs. China already won through two acts of fiendishly clever asymmetrical warfare on our nation, and our guys are bragging about some super secret technology. Laughable.

I don’t think leaks are necessary in the Russia-USA-China dynamic for one to know what the other is doing. Between spy satellites, spies, etc the three know exactly what the other is doing. The target for these leaks is the American people.

“Of course, the existence of patents does not mean these technologies have actually been created . . .”
Is this a true statement? Can an aspiration be patented?
What are the patent numbers?

Given the US military's new commitment to transgenders, this should come in handy.

I shared your skepticism, Jeff. This whole thing sounds fishy. You cannot patent an idea. You must prove to the US Patent Office that your device actually works.
