Dana Loesch Asks Some Excellent and Inconvenient Questions About the Shooting of Adam Toledo by Chicago Cop

People forget that cops have to react to whatever it is a perpetrator is doing. It takes more time to react to an action.

In this case, it took eight-tenths of a second to react, but that was enough time for Adam Toledo to have gotten off a shot from his gun.

Loesch may as well have asked why Michael Brown start beating Darren Wilson. Why did Trayvon Martin start beating George Zimmerman? Why wouldn’t George Floyd allow the cops to arrest him and sort it out later? Unpopular questions. Kudos to Dana Loesch for asking a few of them about this shooting. These questions are unpopular to say out loud.

We’ve been so busy blaming cops for everything, some of us forgot to ask why that situation started in the first place and who’s responsible for it. Thank you to Loesch for asking a few.

Once again, a central fact in this is that the kid was resisting arrest. Don’t they ever learn?

I still think we need a blanket law — failure to comply with the police gets you 10 years in prison. Teach that to everyone. You’re innocent? The cops are hassling you? You’re planning to sue them later because they are jerks? Comply anyway. Because, if you don’t, it’s 10 years in jail. Period.

And TV shows and movies should treat it like Miranda Rights. Hammer it on people. just like “You have the right o remain silent ...” Everybody knows that one. It’s just part of our culture. Well, in the same way, everyone should know that failure to comply gets you 10.

That way fewer blacks would get killed by cops.

logic? they dont need or want logic. they want the narrative, ie lie.

the issue is never the issue. the issue is always the revolution.

Be patient, cooperate, don’t add to their stress.

If you think they’re out to get you tell yourself it’s better to file a wrongful arrest lawsuit yourself than your family to file a wrongful death lawsuit.

The little b@st@rd was armed and pointed his weapon at the cop. Also reported the perp is a member of the Latin Kings gang and known as “L’il Homicide.”

Thirteen notwithstanding, the punk got what he was asking, and the cop is alive & in one piece.

How did a 13 year old pass the background check to buy a handgun anyways?

Why did Trayvon Martin start beating George Zimmerman?

We don't know exactly what happened there. They probably both charged at each other.

As I’ve said before; Instead of celebrating black Conservatives like Allen West, Herman Cain, Ben Carson, Candace Owens who are trying to make America better the alleged “civil rights” race baiters, BLM and the alleged journalists on the Lame Street Media elevate black perps to sainthood and encourage the riots which are destroying America.

Getting basic facts right is a halfway decent sign of intelligence. Screwing up plain facts, and saying incorrect things, does not help prove your point.

(Although repeating blown-up claims does seem to be a staple of the lefties.)

Or the gangs are predominately total losers.

The human brain is not a computer central processing unit.

The human brain is a distributed system.

My hand can pick up an object without prolonged deep thought.

You can munch through a large part of a bag of potato chips without prolonged deep mental thought.

I can see a grasshopper in front of my lawnmower, but the thought to stop the lawnmower may come to my brain’s motor center after the mental impulse to keep pushing the lawnmower forward. The result can be most unfortunate for the grasshopper.

It is fortunate for me and freerepublic readers that spelling ability is partially a preprogrammed process.

It is unfortunate for at least one slow-to-comply criminal recently that firing a gun is ultimately a preprogrammed mental process.

If we could trust that 100% of police are honest 100% of the time, sure. How about a matching law that a police officer giving an illegal order gets him 10 years in prison?

Even if it could be passed in all 50-states, places like Chicago and DC won’t even prosecute slam-dunk weapons cases.

That Wright kid had a prior criminal record, wasn’t old enough to legally purchase much less possess a handgun but managed to use a handgun in the commission of Aggravated Robbery in the 1st Degree. And yet, when he was arrested for that crime last year (or early this year, not sure), they didn’t even hit him with a firearm charge. Why? Mandatory minimums, I suspect. He gets convicted of an actual firearm possession in the commission of a crime, he’s going to prison for 5-years. They can’t have that. He might be a doctor or something if they just leave him alone.

They then let the kid out on NO BAIL...for a freakin’ violent felony, which he then predictably ignored.

We have PLENTY of laws already on the books that would end this chaos. We just don’t have local, state or federal leaders who want to end it. So, here we are.

At one point in time- the youngest gang members were known as pee wees, and as such they could commit serious crimes and avoid lengthy prison sentences, all the while earning their street credentials by doing the dirty work of their older gang bros.

Selling drugs on the street corner at 13 years old is very lucrative and pays far more than traditional teen work like newspaper delivery, lawn mowing, babysitting, etc., which none of them would ever be caught dead doing as that would impugn their thug reputation.

Also- the gang structure provides a sense of family and instills order and discipline in their lives, something they lack at home.

Also, the latest rappers glorify the thug lifestyle and give the pee wees something to aspire to, and helping in their march to success are the black college and pro athletes that listen to and endorse the rap music, so it appeals to the pee wees to listen to it too, and to follow and emulate these male role models- both rappers and athletes, but especially the rappers, who are often known gang members or affiliated as such, hence the common habit of flashing gang signs.
