The article talks about how we put white perpetrators under a microscope but fail to do so when the person is a protected minority.
The reason?
Calling attention to the culture of the inner city would shine a light on the failed (or successfully to the democrats if they want to keep them enslaved to their party) systems put in place by the overwhelming democrat led cities. There is a failure... but it isn’t a conservative one.

It is common sense and economic law that whatever you throw money at you are going to get more of it. Paying women to have children without dad's creates more children like that.
Marriage does two things. It civilizes the man who has to work with his wife to raise the kids. It civilizes the kid who learns from his parents example. If you want to cripple a soul from day one make sure they are raised without a dad. The evil this article highlights is the direct result of the State assuming the role of dad.
