Rand Paul: 2020 election fraud never fully reviewed by courts
WND via NOQ Report ^ | 04/15/2021 | Bob Unruh

Posted on 04/15/2021 9:07:16 AM PDT by SeekAndFind

President Donald Trump and his supporters filed dozens of legal cases challenging the 2020 election results, submitting volumes of evidence and sworn testimony from eyewitnesses to fraud.

Legacy media personalities are very fond of saying all of those cases failed.

In fact, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos earlier berated Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., with, “No election is perfect. But there were 86 challenges filed by President Trump and his allies in court, all were dismissed. Every state certified the results. Can’t you just say the words, this election was not stolen?”

The senator pointed out at that time that problems simply weren’t addressed.

“There were lots of problems and there were secretaries of state, who illegally changed the law and that needs to be fixed, and I’m going to work harder to fix it and I will not be cowed by people saying ‘Oh, you’re a liar,'” Paul told the anchor.

“Let’s talk about the specifics of it. In Wisconsin, tens of thousands of absentee votes had only the name on them and no address. Historically, those were thrown out. This time they weren’t. They made special accommodations ’cause they said, ‘Oh, it’s a pandemic and people forgot what their address was.'”

The senator now is doubling down.

The Washington Times said Paul, in an event held by the Heritage Foundation, said it was simply “untrue” that “the courts fully heard this.”

He pointed out, “Courts have been hesitant to get involved in elections.”

But when issues like state officials making “changes to election law without permission from the state legislatures” arise, they need to be taking a role.

Paul said states now need election laws that specifically say a secretary of state can’t mail ballots out or make unilateral changes if the law doesn’t expressly give them power to do so.

FROM WASHINGTON EXAMINER:

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/rand-paul-says-judges-never-gave-trump-day-court-election-fraud-claims

the facts are that “many state officials made changes to election laws, citing the safety of voters. Widespread use of mail-in balloting was encouraged in many areas of the country, while deadlines for mail-in ballots were extended, oftentimes without input from state lawmakers.”

The report noted that even the Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to arbitrary changes made by state officials in Pennsylvania for the election, a political move that drew Justice Clarence Thomas’s reaction.

RAND PAUL:

“One wonders what the court waits for. We failed to settle this dispute before the election, and thus provide clear rules. Now we again fail to provide clear rules for future elections. The decision to leave election law hidden beneath a shroud of doubt is baffling. By doing nothing, we invite further confusion and erosion of voter confidence. Our fellow citizens deserve better and expect more of us…”

“That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future. These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable.”

I certainly hope that the fraudulent election is exposed, even though I do not have any hope that it will change who is in the White House.

“That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election...”

Seems to me that it did.

I can only imagine the level of investigation that would be going on now had Trump overcome the Fraud. It would never stop. You would be Deplatfofmed if you questioned it

At his core, Rand Paul, with that one statement, proves he is a weasel.

Then why did you vote to certify voter fraud?

This is old news.

Fact is, Paul could have abstained on January 6 but instead chose to bow to McConnell in stabbing Trump in the back.

Kentucky can do better than McConnell and Paul.

"Rand Paul: 2020 election fraud never fully reviewed by courts"

I don't want to start any trouble, but in light of the threat to pack the USSC, this might be an opportune time to conduct a "upon further review" hearing of the lawsuits the court has previously dismissed.

A bit of an understatement here...it was never even *superficially* reviewed.

Well, the reason is simple. The judiciary can only determine if an election was ‘Lawful’ or not. They cannot correct the conditions for the suit. Only the legislative branches of the states and Congress can effect a remedy. That is the plenary powers of state legislatures mentioned in the US Constitution.

We already have a national law that says that, it's called The US Constitution.

“say the words”

it you notice, Libtards will use that all the time.
It’s the raw expression of power.
Getting someone to shut up,
then push the meme,
then get them to not disagree,
then to agree . . . and finally to “say the words”.

Getting someone to speak the falsehoods is the club of raw political power.

If were Justices Kavanaugh or Coney Barret I'd be screaming at Roberts now for throwing them and the whole "conservative" side of the court into the trash heap. When the court is packed, their opinions won't be worth sh1t. Neither will their careers.

The political class was scared out of their minds when it became obvious that the election was stolen. If it were not, why unconstitutional changes to the election laws in key states? Why deny access and kick out election poll watchers illegally? Why deny the reviewing by all courts of the 500+ sworn depositions of “irregularities”? Why deny all the physical, video, documentary, and prima facia evidence of fraud? Why censor any information about, opinions regarding, and evidence collected indicating election and vote fraud? Why continue said censorship months after the inauguration? Guilt.

Rand Paul has to pretend, he cannot withstand the assault that will be directed at him if he stood ALONE in the Republican minority when the corrupt Oligarchy threw everything they had at him. So, he makes this tepid dish water pronunciation, as if he had found his lost pair.

This is right under the surface, and it cannot be denied much longer. This will lead to the ultimate “Constitutional Crisis”.

Only if you look at it not in it’s entirety.

You shave a few votes from one side, 3 or 4 different ways, and then you pump the other side up, 3 or 4 different ways, and before long you do get an impact on the outcome. A drippy faucet will fill the bucket just like a slow leak on your radiator will eventually cause you to run out off coolant.

Calling the elections early for Biden but late for Trump. Lots of mail in ballots, but close the in person polls early at 7PM (folks that plan to vote after work). Most of these elections are not landslides, they are where one candidate has a slight lead over the other. In that world, if you nudge the numbers slightly (manipulating the process itself and with media influence) but do it a few different times, both for the guy you want, and against the guy you don’t want, you suddenly get the outcome that is desired.

It’s the bigger picture here.
