I can’t find in the constitution where it says that congress establishes the size of the Supreme Court.
They are not wasting a minute.
I think the court should have 50 justices on it, representing every state.

Once the ‘RATS pack it, it will be in dire need of reforming. The states need to declare themselves no longer under the ‘RAT SCOTDNC’s jurisdiction and are now sanctuaries for constitutional rights. In 2020 we were warned of the hazards of unlimited absentee ballots but is was a warning and had not has yet occurred. Now it has happened and close to half the country believes the election was a fraud. Can it happen again? Sure but with everyone now looking for the cheating it will much more difficult to do it.

Maybe do away with life time appointments. Maybe 20 year max. as far as reform.
I didn’t trust Barrett. I had a feeling that she would say and do what was needed to get appointed. Judge like Kavanaugh.
Watch the Dems write something in the bill to prevent the SC Judges being expanded for x amount of years as a way to block when and if a GOP majority gets back in control.
