2) 27 million settlement in the middle of jury selection
2 jurors removed
3) Jury not sequestered
4) Riots and looting because of police shooting next town
including where one jury member lives
5) Alerts go off on cell phones for entire county about a
curfew and warning people to sat indoors because of 4
6) Key defense witness invokes the 5th because the state
won’t offer him immunity
