Former House Speaker John Boehner wrote in his new memoir that the Republican Party has taken a stark turn since his time in politics, according to an excerpt reported by the Washington Post on Friday.
"I don't even think I could get elected in today's Republican Party anyway," Boehner wrote. "I don't think Ronald Reagan could either."

It’s just more nonsense from incompetent elected democrats. But they are not stupid. They just know that their choir is, and he’s speaking to the choir.
We know it’s idiotic. And my comment about JFK is spot on. Mr, “ask not what your country can do for you...” has no place in today’s Democratic party. But Boner (sp) didn’t back up WHY Reagan would not be welcome. It’s just an opinion, and a bad one.

He is right about the first part, he is wrong about the second.
Bush League Republicans MUST be replaced.
Rubio, Lankford, Lee, Scott, Hoeven, Thune all need to be replaced.

RIINOS will never understand the conservative base. But more importantly, they do not want to. Hard enough to battle democrats but with so many republican Trojan horses, it is a frustrating and depressing time.
