You will get $100,000 if you are all black. Since you are only half black, its $50,000. However if you also happen to be half white, you have to pay $50,000 for oppressing the other half of you.
I wonder if the reparations will be paid by the government (including tax dollars from the black descendants of slaves), or will there be some special assessment against the descendants of slave owners, or just all “whites.” Do the descendants of slave-holding Cherokee pay? Or the descendants of foreign slave owners?
For that matter, does Barack Obama, the biracial descendant of slave owners but no slaves, get reparations or pay them?
Do you have to show slave ancestry, or is the test the color of one’s skin? Maybe they can adopt the old Jim Crow “drop of blood” standard.
