Of course, everyone knows that the official party line out of Washington and the state-run media is that there was no election fraud in 2020. That’s fine. People can believe whatever they want, but when they try to prevent their opponents from exercising their sovereign will through legislative action, that cannot be tolerated.

The Georgia legislature reasserted its authority last month and established rules for how to assure fair elections going forward.

That should be the concern of the voters in that state, who elected the legislators who passed the law and the governor who signed it, voters who also have to live under the provisions the reforms established, including the requirement that voter ID be documented for mail-in voting.

But it is none of the business of corporations that sell soft drinks or provide transportation to and from the wonderful state of Georgia. Wait, that’s not quite right. If companies want to be wrong about voter ID, that’s their business. But if they want me and others like me to be wrong about voter ID, that’s my business. And if they try to intimidate the state of Georgia into doing what Delta or Coca-Cola wants, that’s everybody’s business.

Major League Baseball pulled the All-Star Game out of Atlanta to punish Georgia for its new law. It did so without due process and without recourse. That would make sense in a totalitarian society where we all are expected to think alike, or at least to cower in fear when told what to think.

Think about it. If corporations can take away our rewards and privileges because they don’t like an exercise of legal authority by a state government, then what can’t they punish us over?

Hmmm...I believe the merger of corporate and state power is called, umm, fascism...

But that’s what the guys who tightened the registration laws are called, so who’s the real fascists here?

These woke corporations seem to be making bad business decisions, but in the modern world, perhaps that is their right?

What I don’t understand is why lunch counters can’t have signs that say “We don’t serve negroes” or businesses can’t have a policy that “We don’t hire women”. If corporations can base their decisions on race and stuff, how come they can’t base their decisions on race and stuff?

It's not just the official party line. They're more than a little hysterical about insisting that there was no election fraud and there's something frantic about their attempts to suppress any viewpoint that even questions this. It's kind of like wondering aloud if our Sun didn't revolve around the Earth in the Middle Ages.

The concept of fascism is dependent on the merger of corporations with the state. The power inherent in government is combined with corporate power, this brings the majority of power in a nation under a small group of individuals. This is known as an Oligarchy. It is this combination of government and corporations that truly defines the concept of fascism.

In America, we look at government taking control of the corporations to identify fascism. What eludes our knowledge is just the opposite. It is possible for the corporations to appropriate the authority of government. It is this type of activity that is unseen by the majority of Americans.

They should form a task force to help all those who want IDs to get them so they can vote, fly, etc. Of course this does not fit the narrative. Why would people not want an ID? So they can claim to be a victim?

Corporations have stock holders.

Stock holder meetings are held regularly.

STOCKHOLDERS VOTE on various issues that affect the Corporations.

Would the various Corporations be happy if a massive number of votes were cast by NON-STOCKHOLDERS???????

I’m just glad these corporations who openly loathe us and our values, try to impede the expression of our ideas and seek to limit our freedoms if we aren’t behaving woke enough, will continue to benefit from the billions of dollars in tax cuts we always give them each time a “republican” is elected to the presidency.
