Some times all I can do is shake my head.
Aren’t these videos part of the evidence? Doesn’t that make them subject to release by the freedom of information act? Even the columbine security camera videos were released to the public.
“Judge demands the destruction of implicative evidence” should be the title.
If it were me in this situation I would pay a hacker to “steal” my files and then dump them on the internet.

It would be an awful shame if the server the videos are on were somehow hacked and videos released by persons unknown....

Federal judge = government appointed, always on the side of the federal government, & not accountable.
Federal judges today remind me a lot of the Iranians with their Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution. Hahaha A US federal court is a little bit better than a US FISA court where they think 99.7% of all FISA applications are legit, where there is no discovery, defense, and the accused don’t even know that they are accused! Hahahaha It’s all very Constitutional though. Government lawyers and other federal courts have determined such!
