President Biden will issue an executive order Friday to form a commission to study reforms to the United States Supreme Court.
Biden, under pressure from liberals to expand the size of the high court, promised to create the commission during a "60 Minutes" interview back in October in the wake of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death.
The 36-member commission will be bipartisan and will hold public meetings to evaluate court reforms. The new panel will have 180 days from the first meeting to complete its report of recommendations.

It was big at midnight on election day. Then the election was decided by roughly 7 counties that continued counting with just about every kind of irregularity you could imagine.
Consider this..... Biden DID NOT even outperform Hillary other than in 6 of those 7 counties. Isn’t that strange?
The anomalies are legion in this last election. Inexplicable really given the nationwide averages and results. I have looked for every reasonable explanation to explain the “Covid election” and I cannot find it unless you completely throw out decades of time tested election analytics to include bellweather counties.
