Because a private business enforcing CDC guidelines is essentially enforcing a govt mandate.
Or are you playing a little semantics game, where govt does not require it, but 80% private business does?
The “government” forces me to buy liability auto insurance even when in 60 years of driving over a million miles I never had a single accident. And the same government forces me to pay a big chunk of my hard earned income in taxes.
I am counting on you to raise hell about those injustices. Thankfully there is no law yet requiring you to take the vaccine. I am sure as a free enterprise conservative, you will let the business entities to make their own decisions regarding the vaccine. You can’t fly without ID, but if airlines insist on proof of vaccine, you do not think it is their right?

Yes, my wife has noticed newly budding hairs sprouting on my head where formerly my hairline was receding. Is this due to me Moderna mRNA vaccinations? Maybe, maybe not. It sure seems highly suspicious that this reappearance of luxurious hair growth suddenly follows Moderna vaccination. Is this a ‘side effect’ ... or is it a benefit not yet formally recognized by the scientific community?
My wife considers it a benefit as she dreams of running her fingers through my much fuller flaxen mane. /s

No I don’t think they should have that right. We restrict the rights of companies all the time. We pass laws saying you can not discriminate on the basis of this or that.
If you want us to change our society to allow all types of discrimination I’ll listen to your arguments, but I don’t think you will win a political battle on that.
Since vaccinated people are mostly immune from any covid infection from our non-vaccinated brothers, I think we should let people make their own decision on this (and live with our consequences).

Yes. I noticed my bald spot growing in just a few days after my first shot. Unfortunately, now my hairline is just above my eyebrows. And my arms seem to be getting a little longer, too. However, my hips hurt a little more than they used to when I try to walk upright. Getting ook ook, I mean old, sucks.
I will remind the Freeper community that the “code” that the mRNA is used against was published by China. It was not independantly verified. This triggers my tin foil alert.
Did China push out the right code? Was the code tampered with? Is there a long term plan to release another virus that will use the vaccine mRNA code as a vector for the infection?
Too many questions, not enough answers.

Yeah I don’t believe business gets to mandate a vax, nor ban guns in my parked car at office. Both of these affect me outside of office hours.

As are police officers, in sane jurisdictions, unless they knowingly cause unwarranted harm.
If we removed that protection from police officer that have to make split second decisions to protect the common good, how is it much different from a similar standard of protection for vaccine makers that have to complete many requirements to even get EUA, let alone formal approval for the common good.
To each their own, get a shot, don’t. Don’t care - herd immunity is accomplished in a variety of ways. But calling out an established protection as new to the scene is fake news...

The failure of mRNA in trials did not happen during vaccination or after. The animal failures in ‘05 and ‘12 came when the animals were challenged with the natural virus. This is why none were able to proceed.
We may be setting millions of ticking time bombs. I truly hope that is not the case.
Oh, and for anyone looking for the science, well lets just say I grew up with a kid that ended up at MIT, and they do not exactly let slouches in there. I would certainly trust MIT knowledge over Fauci and CDC.

My daughter is actually involved in clinical trials for new cancer treatments. She knows more about the clinical trials performed for covid-19 vaccines than most people. And she strongly advised my stage-4 cancer for 3+ years wife and me at age 81 to get vaccinated. We both are doing just fine, 5 weeks after the 2nd shot of Moderna vaccine. I resumed my daily 35 minutes gym activity on 4th day after the 2nd shot. Here is a 35 second video clip of my daily 35 minute routine which includes 25 minutes on treadmill and 10 minutes on weight machines.

What is the difference between wearing a 6 pointed star on your clothing, and proof of vaccine to 1) Travel? Which is a right guaranteed by the US Constitution and affirmed by a ruling of the USSC. 2) Work? Which is also a right, as without work a person cannot survive. 3) School? In my state it is a requirement for government to fund school, it is also a requirement for children to attend.
I could go on and on. Your opinion is not compatible with the God given Liberty spelled out in the founding documents. You are parroting the lines of totalitarians.
Would you force another or turn them in to keep your job? I mean after all, they could just as easily take a knee like you mentally have.
