The failure of mRNA in trials did not happen during vaccination or after. The animal failures in ‘05 and ‘12 came when the animals were challenged with the natural virus. This is why none were able to proceed.
We may be setting millions of ticking time bombs. I truly hope that is not the case.
Oh, and for anyone looking for the science, well lets just say I grew up with a kid that ended up at MIT, and they do not exactly let slouches in there. I would certainly trust MIT knowledge over Fauci and CDC.
My daughter is actually involved in clinical trials for new cancer treatments. She knows more about the clinical trials performed for covid-19 vaccines than most people. And she strongly advised my stage-4 cancer for 3+ years wife and me at age 81 to get vaccinated. We both are doing just fine, 5 weeks after the 2nd shot of Moderna vaccine. I resumed my daily 35 minutes gym activity on 4th day after the 2nd shot. So why haven’t we seen large numbers of severely ill in those vaccinated during trials coming on 9 months now, who obviously are walking around in an infective environment, with the more virulent South African/Uk and the Brazilian variants being number 2 and 3 in the US at the moment? Nor in the 5 months that vaccines have been proceeding amongst first responders and medical workers, nonambulatory elderly, minorities, grocery clerks and other ‘essentials’ who were priority vaccinated and are also exposed frequently in the community? Where’s the data to substantiate the claim of future hypersensitivity? Is anyone working on that?
