Exactly. I know Hanlon’s razor states “never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity”, but this is a stretch. I can only conclude she had an agenda, and these pills didn’t further that agenda. Thus, they had no forensic significance - toward her goals or those of her superiors.
Excellent point. I wold live to see if her FB or Twatter had any pro-BLM messages.
I remember during our mock arson, which was a old mobile home with a burned bedroom but intact living/dining area. We figured out the point of origin was a outlet and some said, well, accidental. The State PD kept pressing, what’s different. Finally it clocked that one bed fame was a good 6-8” from the wall, the bed frame near the origin was pushed back a foot or so and right against the outlet.
IT WON’T MATTER. The “truth” doesn’t matter anymore... We are living in a land of liars, scumbags, fruits, lunatics, cowards... The “Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave” is just a joke now.
everyone on this planet knows what the outcome is going to be, REGARDLESS OF FACTS, EVIDENCE, TESTIMONY... Justice system my posterior. It is MOB RULE.
Maybe it was Parmesan cheese.
I suppose the purpose of mixing them is so sort of like “I’m addicted to heroin (or fentanyl now) but I need to get up, get out, get laid, make money, see my kids... so let me mix some uppers in with it so I get don’t get the jones’ and can still function”.
I have some experience with recovery. Not personally, but like you people I’ve known, some close to me. Mostly alcohol. I couldn’t really stand to be around people on hard drugs. Its gotta suck to be hooked on that crap and yet all they can do is basically take more and more until they hit bottom.
I saw on that show Drugs Inc. (yeah lots of netflix during 12 months of lockdown) that some dealers intentionally spike some of their bags with too much fentanyl, knowing that some or another junkie will overdose. They do it because when word on the street is that somebody overdosed, all the other junkies rush over to get “that good stuff”. It’s total madness what we have done to ourselves. I dunno your opinion but I think this war on drugs is totally absurd, and just by looking at the facts on the ground has been a total failure. There has to be a better way.
Minnesota should be renamed the “Keystone Kops State” because the Minneapolis PD seems to be totally incompetent as well as much of the Minneopolis government.
YOU ALWAYS search a suspect’s car as soon as you can for guns, drugs, blood, other evidence of a crime or criminal intent (burglary tools), and anything relevant to a targeted investigation. This also included fingerprints, cigarettes/butts for DNA, etc.
I learned this in Police Science 50 years ago. Common sense policing/police procedures & tactis. Seems Minneapolis missed that class that semester.
I believe Chauvin's patrol car was seized by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension where DA Keith Ellison could control the evidence.
Hey a stinking pile of cop hater!
I've worked all my life and can't afford a Mercedes.
This ex con, drug addict gets a Mercedes?
He didn't even have a job!
I've never even been arrested...well...except for that one night in Pittsburgh😶...but that wasn't my fault.
Well that’s pretty convenient, I guess two can play the game?
The first light-planes smuggling dope from Latin America weren’t shot down.
We started losing the war on drugs back then.
Our problem with the entire case is the entire prosecution argument to begin with.
Why attempt to murder a person, in a wide open public street, for nine minutes, in front of alert witnesses, in front of cameras?
The evidence, by the prosecution itself, entirely contradicts the prosecution’s case.

They found this in the car, too.

The defense planted evidence with Saint Floyd's saliva and DNA in it?
Seriously?
