I think Rafael Warnock the Black Preacher who won in November is to fill out a term that ends on 2022, if he loses to a credible Republican the new laws will be blamed and the new Republican Senator will be branded illegitimate.....

FIRST, let's set the record straight: Warnock is no "legitimate" preacher after praising Farrakhan and The Nation of Islam AND Fidel Castro. He "won" because he was black and Stacy "The Ghettopotamous" Abrams, along with crooked GOP RINO Governor and Sec of State, rigged the election.

SECOND: Blaming the law by the socialist dems is a foregone conclusion, since no dem ever lost because they were incompetent crooks or their socialist policies sucked or they went against the will of the people.

Now he’s expressing concern about the idea of moving the masters because of the impact it might have on working people in and around the masters.

Willie Geist - Willie - Willie - Willie. The Masters attracks white liberal 'elites' and the businesses who serve white liberal 'elites' are more upscale. So of course you and your fellow 'elites' care more about the Masters than about some stupid baseball game that working class people still attend... a Game where 'hot dots' are sold and peanuts...I mean "Come on Man"... you won't find that crap sold at the Masters.

Give it up Willie. No one in the country believes you white liberal 'elites' give a damn about them. Even black citizens are catching on... you can't fool all the people all the time.

We got your number and so does almost every other group in the country.

The Masters is a specific golf course. How do you move a golf course?

The Masters is underway effectively. Augusta National doesn't bow to PC BS.

The tournament is run by the Augusta National Golf Club as a private but very swanky event.

What? What? Are you saying the Augusta National Golf Club won't be hawking peanuts, hot dogs and cheap beer to working class fans?

Are you saying white liberal 'elites' and the people who service them are NOT going to be damaged by chip on the shoulder white liberal 'elites' insisting on grandstanding over voter ID's?

I'll tell you what's racist: What's racist is a political party that believes black people are too stupid to secure an ID to vote. That my friend is racist.

"Moving the Masters"?

Are these people insane?

The whole point of The Masters is to have it at Augusta National.

These @sshoe have pinwheels for eyes...

The PGA has no say in where The Masters is held. The tournament is run by the Augusta National Golf Club as a private but very swanky event.

Did you see where Rubio yanked the chain of the baseball commissioner by telling him to give up his membership at Augusta National?

I still don’t get why Georgia’s voting laws are of any concern of any of the “Sports” out there and why they feel they have to do something about it ??

It's because our tired trashy white liberal 'elites' want to virtue signal each other - yes, they are that dead inside.... All they had was their hatred of Trump and now that that's gone they have to get their adrenaline moving over somersetting...

Hey white liberal 'elites' it's NOT 1964 and asking for an ID to vote IS NOT RACIST. What's racist is thinking black citizens are too stupid to secure a voter ID....

Moving the all star game from Atlanta is racism at all levels!! All the vendors, parking lot attendants, hotel workers, cooks, dishwashers, store owners, taxi drivers, and yes pimps, taking their jobs and income away.

all for a rule to produce ID to vote, which you needed an id to get those jobs in the first place!!

You need an ID to be a pimp?
Well, so much for my future career.

Until this new Georgia law I had no idea that Jim Crow laws were almost as bad as asking someone for an I.D.

Former MLB Commissioner Fay Vincent’s op-ed, blasted the current commissioner’s decision to pull the league’s All-Star Game out of Atlanta.

Vincent wrote, “Major League Baseball decided last week to move the All-Star Game out of Atlanta after the Georgia Legislature passed changes to the state’s voting laws that many, including President Biden, called racist. Activists urged Commissioner Robert Manfred to punish Georgia. By rushing to do so without first protesting the substance of the law, Mr. Manfred made a serious mistake.”

Vincent, who served as the league’s commissioner from 1989 to 1992, argued that the only people who will be hurt by the move are “Atlanta’s stadium workers and local vendors.” The All-Star Game is known to rake in large returns for host cities, generating an average of $84.4 million a year, according to MLB data.

Since moving the game to Denver, Manfred has faced criticism because Colorado is known for its restrictive voting laws.

“Mr. Manfred failed to spell out specific criticisms of Georgia’s voting law. Now he’s put himself in the awkward position of having to defend Colorado’s voting laws,” Vincent wrote.

While it’s true that Colorado has fewer in-person voting days compared with Georgia, there is also less demand for those days because voting is done predominantly by mail. Voters in Colorado rarely encounter lines because each registered voter receives a ballot 15 to 20 days before the election, which the person can send back or leave at a secure drop box.

Colorado also requires voter ID only when voters register for the first time and whenever they vote in person, but not for mail-in ballots. The state also accepts 16 forms of identification, compared with Georgia’s six.

“During my time as commissioner, I learned that the American people view baseball as a public trust,” Vincent wrote. “They want the game to stand for the best and noblest of our national virtues. They see baseball as the repository of their dreams, even as they root for their favorite teams. They don’t want, and won’t accept, anything that separates them from the game’s history and leadership.”

Newsweek reached out to the MLB for comment but did not hear back before publication.

part of the problem here is everyone perceiving this as a legit political debate when in reality the thugs that powered a coup on November 3rd are acting out in the Ukraine

Why won’t Republicans, both politicians and commentators, say that Jim Crow laws were passed by Democrats? The KKK was also a Democrat institution. Are Republicans stupid or just the Unioarty?

The CEO of Delta Airlines is a member of the prestigious Augusta National Golf Club, where the Masters is held. Is he attending this year? Actually he should turn in his membership.
