I think Mr. Carr is quite capable of filling the chasm left by El Rushbo.
If he went after the federal swamp like he does to the Boston swamp...
Apparently you don't listen to "Mr. Carr"...he's been phoning it in for years, and secondly, how long do you think a national audience is going to put up with this stammering, and um um ah ah um??? SMH. Secondly, "Mr.Carr" is a rino.
Guess we see it differently.
Nevermind that according to an Ann Coulter article, I am more a male Becky than a male Karen. I even have the cultural revolution style firing to prove it.
Howie Carr is too much of an ignoramus to fill el Rushbo's shoes.
I can only take howie in small doses and I did hear the segment on the male Karen names....what cracks me up is someone suggested Kevin and right away howie said that Irish people would be offended (he's Irish) so, now he's suggesting Brad which happens to be an English/Irish name.
Ignoramus would be a step up for howie. He's responsible for getting the twit her own show, SMH. I'm convinced she's responsible for driving Steve and Sandy to other stations a few years back.
"You can leave a message anytime of the day or nite, just as long as it's between the hours of 1pm and 4pm"....yeah, he's a real genius.
I'm a Howie fan and when I lived up in Boston, I contributed to the "Chump Line" a number of times and usually got my piece on the air. Also, I've been reading his Boston Herald columns since the 1980s. Also, I remember him when he was only making "four hundred large."
He got his radio start on the Jerry Williams show as one of the "governors" along with Barbara Anderson (or Citizens for Limited Taxation) who died a few years back.
Also he's an expert on organized crime and has several books written on it. Also an expert on Massachusetts state politics but I repeat myself.
He's getting up there in age though, will be turning 70 soon.
