There is never any mention of a sister What is her name and how do you know she is also an addict? Ashley Biden is Hunter's half sister, the child of Joe and Jill. She's had run ins with the law over drugs dating back to an arrest when she was an 18 year old student at Tulane in 1999. Her latest stint in rehab was in early 2019 I think.

His sister is Ashlei, and she has been to rehab multiple times. She used to buy coke in Wilmington. I went to school in Wilmington where “Dr” Jill taught. The daughter is well known for doing coke...and guys...
