The dude is right — this crap is never going to end!
“The experts hammered home the need to rob Covid of the rapid person-to-person transmission which helps it develop mutations.”
Rapid person to person transmission is not unique to this virus. It also does not mean the mutations that develop are worse than the original. It does mean an increase in herd immunity. Viruses mutate to survive. Killing off large number of hosts is not going to help a virus survive.
It actually makes sense for a virus to make people less ill. These people are more likely to go about their daily lives and spread the virus leading to an increase in hosts. If a host population starts developing immunity to one strain of the virus the virus will mutate. Not so it becomes more deadly for most people but so it can survive.
Also I believe genetics play a role in COVID severity mutations may or may not have something to do with that.
Well they best close that border because that’s where the Brazilian “variant” is coming from.
Quick. Someone ask fauci if this is true.. Lol.
Sounds like folks shouldn’t get the current vaccines, then, and wait for the new ones.
Completely ignoring the fact that most viruses mutate weaker not stronger. 🙄
We should lock down forever.
Your munchausen's syndrome isn’t over yet. (6th Sense)
I might be inclined to believe medical opinions if it hadn’t been for the press going nuts with bad information concerning everything Trump said. That blew their credibility forever as far as I am concerned.
That is true. However look how excited so many people were to let the government inject them with an experimental , so called, vaccine.
Humpf. Just wait until super duper covid comes out.
Then there will be ascended super covid, ascended super duper covid, mega covid, and master covid. This doesn’t stop until we stop it.
The CCP didn't go full-retard with the economy-killing and otherwise useless lockdowns, quarantines, and mask mandates. We did this all on our own.
Generally speaking, mutations or variants of virus tend to create less severe illness, and is less communicable and infectious.
Then again, we are talking about a novel virus , so the previously known rules don't necessarily follow the historical ,general norm.
‘cant pish the vaccine if people are living normal again’
if you drink enough beer with it, you can pish anything ...
This former Pfizer chief scientist really tears apart the argument that mutations might require new vaxxes or “top ups”:
