A stage managed presidency. Biden would never be doing this if there wasn’t something to hide.
I'd give 90% or more odds that criminal, dementia-suffering Biden wears depends - adult diapers. Probably why he's so comfortable mandating everyone else wear face diapers.
They are doing a good job of controlling the message. It worked for them when Biden hid in the basement during the campaign.
