I think they see a knee on a person’s neck and decide they have all the information they need.

There is no such thing as ‘context’ anymore; every phrase and every single image can take on any meaning regardless of what else caused or explains it.

If you have care, custody, or control of a person, many courts will hold you liable for anything that happens past that point.

same thing. based on the evidence I am aware of, a not guilty vote. But I would also be taking steps to protect from family.

It will take a brave juror to vote not guilty, at the great risk to the woke mafia destroying everything and everyone he values.

The communists will dox any juror that votes to acquit so the mob can destroy them.

The stupid people promote mob rule and will resort to anarchy to get what they want.

If I were on the jury I would have no hesitation in voting Not Guilty. This whole thing just seems stupid and unnecessary.

.......................................................

Unfortunately you and I aren’t on the jury.

Anybody know the racial composition of the jury?

It matters............... A lot!

Making heroes out of druggies.

I can't breathe...If you're talking, you're breathing.

Floyd was a BIG dude. He's the bad guy...not the cop.

Try and keep the story straight.

The real prob with the vid of the knee on the neck is that there is no gauge to indicate how much pressure is being applied. That indication is only in the imagination of those seeing it.

Will jurors succumb to political pressure and the threat of more rioting, or will they examine the entire video and make their decision based on evidence?

Given that NYT is doxxing the jurors, and given that the leftists are threatening violence to intimidate the jury, the jurors may be too scared to render a just verdict.

Where do we go from here?

Under such circumstances is it possible to seat a jury that will not be intimidated and feel threatened?

Look at how or Supreme Court avoided their duty in connection with voter integrity issues for the swing states to avoid the wrath of the left.

Mr. Parry claims prosecutors withheld this information for nearly three months as riots erupted in Minneapolis and elsewhere. Such behavior is normally considered prosecutorial misconduct.

But the chief prosecutor is MN AG Keith Ellison, so you know that he will not be criticized because he is a black Dem pol. They can do no wrong in the newsmedia's eyes.

The jurors know that if they vote "not guilty" on a single charge Antifa will show up at their homes with petrol bombs and bricks. This cop's only hope if that a Federal appeals court looks at the County Medical Examiner's report and rules "insufficient evidence for a conviction. Case dismissed...with prejudice".

IIRC "with prejudice" means that the prosecutor isn't allowed to take the case to trial again.

It makes no difference what verdict is reached, Minneapolis will again be burning. Even conviction on the second degree murder charge will be used as proof there is systematic racism and an excuse to riot, loot and burn. Conviction on lesser charges will be the catalyst for rioting and heaven forbid an acquittal..
Minneapolis will be a combat zone. The milquetoast mayor of Minneapolis and our feckless Governor will let the rioters run amuck just like last year and certainly Biden will just blame white supremacists and do nothing.
