Evidence versus the George Floyd narrative
Washington Times ^ | Wednesday, March 31, 2021 | By Cal Thomas

Posted on 04/01/2021 11:46:31 AM PDT by Hojczyk

The entire video has been analyzed by George Parry, a former chief of the police Brutality/Misconduct Unit of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office from 1978 to 1983.

It was at that point Officer Chauvin begins to kneel on Mr. Floyd’s neck, which Mr. Parry says, “is entirely consistent with what is taught” at the Minneapolis police department academy.

The video shows Mr. Chauvin’s knee going up each time Floyd attempted to raise his head, indicating, says Mr. Parry, that Mr. Chauvin “was not using brute force.” When officers noticed Floyd deteriorating “they placed another call for an ambulance” with a higher priority code. When it arrived, Floyd appears to have stopped breathing.

The Hennepin County medical examiner determined that Floyd had a “fatal level” of fentanyl in his system. The report also found that “Floyd had a ‘heavy heart’ and ‘at least one artery was approximately 75 percent blocked.’” Floyd also had a history of severe coronary artery disease and hypertension, which, along with the drug and his agitated behavior, likely contributed to his death. Mr. Parry claims prosecutors withheld this information for nearly three months as riots erupted in Minneapolis and elsewhere. Such behavior is normally considered prosecutorial misconduct.

Watch the video, read the medical examiner’s documents and see how the original narrative was wrong. Will jurors succumb to political pressure and the threat of more rioting, or will they examine the entire video and make their decision based on evidence?

Effectively inciting the riots.

The prosecution has, so far, been the best witnesses for the defense

And the best coverage by far, is at legalinsurrection

If I were on the jury I would have no hesitation in voting Not Guilty. This whole thing just seems stupid and unnecessary.

Most Americans are really stupid. And a dangerous number of them vote.

They hear and see propaganda promulgating a myth about a minority and they weep and rush to “help” by looting, rioting and assaulting and killing people who had nothing at all to do with it.

So the cop making the arrest has indirectly caused all of us to be punished. He did not “kill” or “murder” the fentanyl soaked minority but it was an officer involved death. He should have known about Black Privilege. You can’t
do anything or say anything to such a person that is not clearly respectful. Not even stopping for DUI and reckless driving in a school zone. Respect as Aretha used to sing.

I’ve been monitoring what Jack Posobiec talked about on Twitter and if what he says is correct, we could have a hung jury and G** help us all in the city of Minneapolis. 😒😑🙄

It will take a brave juror to vote not guilty, at the great risk to the woke mafia destroying everything and everyone he values.

One look at the Floyd store video and it appears he's dying before your eyes. I think if he was in a long checkout line he would have dropped before reaching the counter.

You can say THAT again:

If 10,000 armed and peaceful citizens show up to protect life and property, what will they do?

They will still do it if Chauvin goes into prison. The crooked politicians let them run wild for their convenience. You never know how much control over a dog you have until you try putting the leash on the dog.

I can see them chickening out in the towns where plenty of people are armed. But the blue cities, it’s going to be trash and burning round two.

I agree. I see two possible outcomes:

1) Guilty — This is proof that the city is a racist place, with racist cops that don’t care about black people. The city deserves to burn, right??

2) Not Guilty — This is proof that the city is a racist place, with racist juries that don’t care about black people. The city deserves to burn, right??
