Palestinian rules. I suppose he can run but it’s an Israeli jail where he makes his home. I believe he has a life sentence. After being granted a pardon as part of Oslo, all terrorists got a fresh start. He just couldn’t stay away from terror

I read another article this morning indicating he may be running from prison and apparently is a contender. I read it over twice more and it just did not compute
