I read another article this morning indicating he may be running from prison and apparently is a contender. I read it over twice more and it just did not compute
If I recall he wanted to run in the last election, 2008, but was prevented. He’s convicted of 26 counts of murder. Israel tried to kill him in 2001 but the missle hit his driver and he survived. He was a major terror leader as far back as the 1980s I doubt they’ll make any exceptions for him, certainly not release him to serve.
