“$45 billion in the Environmental Protection Agency’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and in Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN) grants.

and ANOTHER 100 billion to replace all of the lead pipes in the United States - which means the Drinking Water Fund(inner cities, blue cities in blue states) gets 45 billion more to do ???

Servicing and preserving and maintaining the water supply IS the reason we pay money for water every month!

And those homes will be apartment bldgs built in one family home suburbs. Carrying on Barky’s dream of destroying the suburb. Hope all those suburban moms will be happy.

They will rue the day they were upset over a guy who straight talked and got things done instead of feeding his friends off their money

“Servicing and preserving and maintaining the water supply IS the reason we pay money for water every month!”

In my Florida county, it costs about $5,000 in county fees to connect to the county water system.

I’m still on well water.

Hi.

Between you and me, Fedzilla must sell California to be able to service our debt. Maybe Utah too.

“And those homes will be apartment bldgs built in one family home suburbs.”

These people are even thinking of allowing backyard dwellings. They aren’t aware of the infamous DC alley dwelling and the backyard dwellings of old NYC.

I have proposed state level property tax reforms such as square root of square footage based based property taxation and property tax credits for private schooling. Under square root taxation, a 600 sq. ft. apartment would pay half the taxation of a 2,400 sq. ft. house.

I don’t think many Gimmes (or even Democratic legislators in DC) will want to pay half the taxation of a 2,400 sq. ft. Bedminster, NJ house.

“Fedzilla must sell California to be able to service our debt.”

Foreign government debt buyers might insist on an option of repayment of say .03% of US state and federal taxation & fee revenue forevermore for every $10 billion in debt they buy.

The Chinese supply the goods that make the US dollar an acceptable currency.

If the Chinese refuse to accept dollars at some point, Walmarts and Amazon warehouses will be mainly empty.

“$115 billion to modernize the bridges, highways, roads, and main streets that are in most critical need of repair.”

I thought the bridge problem was dealt with under the administration of President Obama.

“Bet much of this money will disappear into a dark hole.”

Consulting firms, liberal activists non-profit organizations, insolvent towns and cities, labor unions, illegal aliens, teacher’s unions, liberal college students hoping to be hired by the federal government, and welfare dependents are licking their chops. By the time the money flows through the bureaucracy, the consultants, and the managements of interest groups there will be very little for those Biden claims will benefit.

I’d support selling Washington, Oregon, and southern California. I just don’t know who would be dumb enough to buy them.

“$5 billion for a new Rural Partnership Program to help rural regions, including Tribal Nations.”

I bet this is Soros getting his claws into the operations of the Tribal governments.
