Judge is a Bush appointee. More evidence having a GOP president doesn’t result in good judicial appointments. Witness Supreme Court appointees Earl Warren, Harry Blackman, John Paul Stevens, David Souter, John Roberts.
We are no longer a nation of laws. The law is whatever any federal judge on any given day says it is. We have filled the courts with graduates of Ivy League law schools who subscribe to the concept of the “living Constitution” instead of abiding by the letter of the law.
