Former Nixon campaign official G. Gordon Liddy, who was a key figure in the Watergate scandal as the chief operative in the White House Plumbers unit, has died, according to multiple news outlets. He was 90.

I also notice the “for free” incidents.
Another:
“co-conspirator”
G: no “co-” to it
“reading articles from the Washington Times”
It was wonderful.
He would also mention Hillsdale College and its publication, Imprimis.
There is a book out there on this, “Silent Coup, The Removal of a President”
It is very detailed and contains information that was never disclosed during the investigations of Watergate.
A friend of G, and an occasional guest on the radio show out of WJFK:
Balint Vazsonyi, author of America’s 30 Years War
http://www.balintvazsonyi.org/warbook.html
Excerpt from “About America’s 30 Years War” - from that website:
Hungarian-born historian and world-renowned concert pianist Balint Vazsonyi knows first-hand what it means to live under an authoritarian regime and makes a powerful case that it is.
Drawing on his personal experiences living under different versions of socialism, Vazsonyi describes how our hard-won freedoms are being gradually eroded.
Vazsonyi traces the essence of what makes America unique back to the founders and exposes the dangerous trends that are undermining the founders’ original intent.
Vazsonyi documents how America’s founding principles—rule of law, individual rights, the guarantee of property, and a common American identity—are being gradually replaced by government-mandated group rights, redistribution, and multiculturalism.
The thirty years war is being fought between promoters of liberty, individual rights, moral guidance on one side; and believers in human reason as the supreme power, with government as its central authority on the other. . .
With unmistakable clarity, Vazsonyi shows how every time America moves away from its founding principles it moves in the direction of a system in which “social justice” is pursued through ever-greater government control.
Had Parkinson’s disease and had been in declining health.

I enjoyed being in Mr. Liddy’s coterie of “frequent faxers” for many years.
..... WITH A ****ING PENCIL.....! .... who does that!
I, too, loved the precision with which he wielded the English language.
I shall never forget his admonition that "You never make a decision. You take a decision."
I now always use the correct word in that sentence.
I think if it had been properly reported the scandal would of been a demacrat leadership scandal... I believe the Nixon impeachment has the same stink as Donald Trumps. There is a lot of info that has been leaked out and reported over the years that has me believing Woodward and Bernstein were fallowing orders on what to report directly from Demacrat party leadership.
The Baba Yaga...
He made calendars of hot girl with guns?!
Clearly this was a great man. RIP.
RIP
Hughes balked.
I guess he had some secrets HE didn't want found out.
Liddy knew the democrats, and the hippies, and what anti-American scum they were.
He was a wartime general, and knew that they had to be stopped at all costs. Literally.
I agree with your assessment regarding Nixon.
It was a simpler time, and with no internet, just a completely liberal media, they were able to show only one side of the story.
LBJ made Nixon look like a saint by comparison.
Getting old.
I enjoyed his “Review of, and Comment upon, the News!”
He also referred to it as “the hour of sweet release.”
I loved his show....”ye 43 percent...ye suckers!” (BJC reference)
I just found out....my wife used to call in a lot
A mensch
I would have paid Maureen Dean for sex too....she was smoking
Course I was 14
