Oh, I loved that show back in the day!
He had a drive time radio show for years in the DC area in the 90s. He was excellent! R.I.P.
One of my favorite radio memories was Liddy subbing for Bob Grant for two weeks around Christmas. I never missed a second. Pure radio gold. Godspeed, Citizen Liddy.
His wife must be or have been a great lady.
I met him and had a nice conversation with him (we had a certain personal connection) in the early 1980s in college went he first went on the lecture circuit. A real gentleman and wicked smart.
One of my heroes for sure...
As I recall he roasted and ate a rat as a young man.
"Will" is an incredible read.
I recommend it for anyone, especially a young man.
Some excellent life lessons, and history lessons as well.
“Looking at the Roman Catholic faith, I was unable to distinguish its assertion of a virgin birth, a return from the dead, and the bodily assumption into somewhere outside the universe of a man and his mother from among similar pagan superstitions. My last fear, the fear of God died with my faith. I was now alone and would have to live life armed only with my own inner resources. I felt a surge of confidence and resolve like that I had experienced years before when I conquered my fear of lightning. I was free.”G. Gordon Liddy, Will: the Autobiography of G. Gordon Liddy”
Rest in Peace, Gordon. You did a man’s job, sir.

You have good taste. It was a trend-setter.
I was fortunate to have been interviewed by him.
He came off as a decent fellow.
My favorite quote from him about gun control attempts was;
“I’m a convicted felon. If I want a gun I’m not going to try and get one at a gun shop or show but I’m going to see Rocco who I met in the joint and buy one out of his car trunk.”
I listened to his radio show from the start here in DC on WJFK, called in a few times as well. I didn’t live to far from his old residence, he use to have a Red Vet with custom tags on her “H2OGATE.” He would drive up Indian Head Highway here in Maryland and some would blow and others would give the finger! I just looked him up not too long and he will be missed.
“Now if the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms comes to disarm you and they are bearing arms, resist them with arms. Go for a head shot; they’re going to be wearing bulletproof vests.”
...continue....
“Vim, virile, and potent.”
Sad to hear. He had a great radio show and I read his book.
