An FBI So Corrupt It Lets Mass Shooters Rampage Needs To Go
The Federalist ^ | 30 March 2021 | Joy Pullmann

The New York Times reported on March 27 that Syrian-born Colorado mass shooter Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa had been on the FBI’s radar before he murdered 10 people in a grocery store.

“The suspect’s identity was previously known to the F.B.I. because he was linked to another individual under investigation by the bureau, according to law enforcement officials,” the Times says.

According to a police affidavit, six days before Alissa shot 10 people to death, he purchased a pistol. That would have required him to pass a federal background check also run by the FBI. It seems the FBI is not very good at this “stopping mass shooters” thing.

This is not an anomaly in the FBI’s history. It in fact appears to be a pattern of negligence. During the Barack Obama presidency, Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., grilled FBI Director James Comey about the “known wolf” problem — of 14 Islamist attacks in the U.S. during Obama’s tenure, the FBI had been aware of at least 12 before the violence erupted, and did nothing.

A mentally ill person with fanatical leanings and a grudge is a career building godsend to an ambitious agent. They don’t report him to local authorities and shut him down early, they nurture his grievances and try to draw him into a sting. Look, we stopped a terrorist plot!

Well, Al Issa jumped the gun on them and armed himself. Or maybe they just let him, because the agenda of disarmament is more important than resume polishing now.

Unless the person of interest has actually committed a crime (conspiracy to commit murder is a crime if you can prove it) there is not (and SHOULD NOT BE) a whole heck of lot the Feebs can do.
= = =

I believe the FFL holder can refuse the transaction. Based on their evaluation of ‘safety’ or some such.

So, the feds, if they cared, could pass any ‘doubt’ to the FFL holder for him to use to deny.

Juvenile record needs to be considered on a 4473 check on people barely over age 18.

At age 18, juvenile record, including expunged, must be DETERMINATIVE.

Then each year, it can be treated as less determinative.

Then at age 25, it can be discounted except for felonies.

The problem with this of course is that the record checkers are crooks.

Therefore the only answer is more people trained and carrying. That’s where the state, the town and the store let the public down.

More guns, less crime.

And the San Bernardo shooter and wife were highly suspect, due to the social media data mining from the work by Phil Haney, which he was ordered to purge.

So FFL holder is supposed to be telepathic? The worst a*****e can put on a good face for the duration of a transaction. This isn’t on the seller.
The NICS was the last chance to stop this guy, but he had not committed a crime, and, to the best of knowledge, there was no diagnosis of mental illness. And do you REALLY want the Feebs to be able deny a purchase ‘cuz of their ‘feelz?’

I believe an FFL dealer in GA(maybe) denied purchase or shooting range access to some mooslime, due to the owner’s appraisal of the customer’s potential unsafety.

That kind of thing is what I am referring to.

I am not quite as wacky as you think, almost, maybe.

I don’t think you are wacky - I think I am a terrible judge of people and don’t know I could do such a thing.

As far as the FBI is concerned, this is not a threat.

aren't there background checks?....aren't some of these people on the fibbers watch list?....how can they go and buy guns?....

this is deliberate AFAIAC....

heck, they're talking about restricting gun rights for vets JUST BECAUSE and for no good reason....

would it be too much to ask that they instead track these animal muzzies?

the little trajon episode was because little trajon was not brought to the police station when he was found to have stolen jewelry in his backpack at school.

I don't want the Feebs to be able to deny sales based on ‘watch lists.’
Otherwise we'll all be on watch lists.
As for background checks, he never committed a crime. He had (to the best of knowledge) no diagnoses that would have triggered a ‘red flag.’ Don't give the government more power to arrest people or deny firearm sales. The real tragedy here is that there were no armed citizens in the store stop this loser.

CIA replaced by naval and other military intelligence
States can take over the business of the hopefully erased FBI

NSA also needs to go.
